The latest neuroscience clearly shows that ‘transcendence-based’ techniques such as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s Transcendental Meditation or TM, don’t simply increase relaxation and calm, but allow one’s mind to completely go beyond (transcend) conscious thinking entirely.
