For example, due to particular weather/seasonal influences, lifestyle, foods, relationships, you may create too much or too little of one or more doshas in your body-mind. Such imbalance is called ‘Vikriti’.
Arthritis/Cracking Joints, Nervous Conditions, Insomnia, Chronic Fatigue, Restless Legs, Cancer (all doshas can be involved here), Constipation, Asthma.
If your Kapha is out of balance, you need to adjust your diet and lifestyle to bring in the opposite qualities of Kapha.
